Welcome to Rummy Most (rummy-most.net). By visiting our website, downloading the APK application, registering an account, or participating in skill gaming contests, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. User Eligibility and Age Restriction (Strictly 18+)

Access to real-cash gaming features on Rummy Most is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction). Any account created using forged credentials or by minors will be immediately terminated, and any balance therein may be forfeited.

2. Legal Status of Skill Gaming in India

Under Indian law and landmark judgments delivered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India (including State of Andhra Pradesh v. K. Satyanarayana, 1968 and K.R. Lakshmanan v. 3. Geographically Restricted States

Due to specific state enactments governing online gaming with monetary stakes, residents of the following Indian states are strictly prohibited from participating in real-cash games on Rummy Most:

• Sikkim
• Nagaland
• Arunachal Pradesh
• Tamil Nadu

Users located in these territories are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local state laws.

4. Account Security and Single Account Rule

Each player is permitted to operate only one (1) verified account on Rummy Most. The creation of duplicate accounts, account sharing, selling of accounts, or using false identities is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile login OTP and credentials.

5. Fair Play, Anti-Cheating, and Anti-Collusion

We are dedicated to maintaining a transparent and fair competitive gaming environment. The following practices are strictly forbidden:

• Collusion between two or more players on the same gaming table.
• Use of automated bots, artificial intelligence scripts, or third-party assistive tools.
• Exploitation of software glitches, bugs, or network lag.
• Financial fraud, money laundering, or chargeback abuses.

Any user found engaging in unfair practices will face immediate permanent disqualification and confiscation of illegitimate winnings.

6. Wallet Deposits, Bonuses, and Withdrawals

All financial recharges and payouts are subject to the following rules:

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, interface designs, game formats, and code associated with Rummy Most are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rummy Most and its operational team shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, internet disconnection during active gameplay, or device incompatibility issues. Participation in real-money contests is entirely at the player's own risk and discretion.
